Bill O'Reilly No Longer A Factor

Bill O'Reilly Is No Longer Relevant

In a desperate move to fend off his ratings and viewership decline, Bill O'Reilly sunk to new lows this week as his Christmas histrionics led to an attack on Madison, Wisconsin:

O'REILLY: Now, this is a conservative city, Richmond. I mean, this is not Madison, Wisconsin, where you expect those people to be communing with Satan up there in the Madison, Wisconsin, media.

When right-wing Neanderthals resort to attacks on Madison to get a limp response to stir up right-wing paranoia, you know they are in trouble.  After all, Madison was the first government in the United States back in 1976 to include sexual preference and orientation as protected classes in its Civil Rights Ordinance.

You know, close to 80 square miles surrounded by reality.

Attacking the perpetually correct Madison is like shooting fish in a barrel.  No sport; easy pickings. O'Reilly is a very small man who launched a very small attack.  Disappointing.

For an attack worthy of comment, see the Bush ban on the Cuban National Baseball team, above.
