Here are three good reasons to vote in the Wisconsin Republican primary if there are no real important Democratic primary races in your area:
- T. Wall (or at least an agent for him) is still mad and sort of back in the Senate race as a write-in candidate. Recent statements by Fortunate Son-In-Law Ron Johnson on China's business climate and climate change and those awful government payments have made the GOP fear every time he's near an open microphone without a handler.
- "Fairly Conservative" Cindy Kilkenny suggests that there could be "possible primary panky" and that Dane County Democrats help support Mark Neumann beat that guy trying to box his way out of a paper bag, and, in the process, humiliate the WISGOP and Reince Priebus. Waxing America is not sure what exactly "panky" is, but Cindy makes it sound like fun.
- You can vote against Lt. Governor candidate Rebecca Kleefisch, who the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports "says she would rely on her conservative Christian principles and interpretation of the Bible when making decisions as a government official." Any of the other four Republicans running would be far better. (Dave Ross, the mayor of Superior, would be our choice, as Waxing America is biased towards mayors.)
