Bush-Cheney Continue to Shoot Without Looking

I don't know what the punishment is in Texas or Wisconsin, but other states seem to be reluctant to do much about accidental hunting shootings.

• In West Virginia they call it negligent shooting and you can get home confinement for killing someone.
• In Iowa it is a misdemeanor charge, even if your victim dies.
• In Pennsylvania, is is also a misdemeanor, even if the dead victim is your husband.  Oh, the fine is $2000 but you do get your guns back.

I figure this is all par for the course. From day one, the Bush Administration has been shooting without looking and firing in the faces of a lot of innocent people.
