We the people, union or not, should all be interested in the economic development of our State. Our present and future depends on it.

Does this mean anyone can walk into any office whenever they want, or prance around in pink tights on the Senate floor while in session?

1848, Wisconsin was founded in 1848. Do you know what year it is .. 2011. Things have.. changed. It's only a god-damned piece of paper. Channeling G.W.Bush
At the time I didn't believe I broke any treaties or laws. Scott Walker? A fine young man. Scott fought beside me in France. Channeling Ronnie Reagan.

I would like to ask Paul Soglin to step aside & walk WITH Mayor Dave instead of oppose him in the April elections. Why divide this city anymore then we already are?

Antpoppa - I haven't seen anywhere in the law books that pink tights are illegal; unlike the GOPS practicing tremendous conniving, sneaky, illegal tactics. If pink tights is all you are concerned about, WOW, we are fortunate!

Patty, do you believe that Madison voters should not have choices? That elections are too divisive?

My question is: Who really wrote this bill and this budget? Who are the people who came up with these contradictory, black-is-white, less-than-unfunded mandate ideas and thought that the people of this state would swallow them? "Here, we're going to cut your schools budget, stiff your teachers and you can't raise any revenue to operate your system. No problem." Who, exactly, besides Mr. Guv., thought that was politically smart? "We're going to lock sick criminals up for their entire sentences, no time off for good behavior and cut DOC's budget." That will be good for employee morale, the budget and running prisons smoothly. Check. Not to mention rehabilitation. Check.
Does he have a giant Swiss bank account in Illinois or what? That is where most of the highway improvements are going, right? Improving the roads leading south? Just a thought.
